Pickwick, Raleigh
This full home renovation came with no shortage of surprises — the kind that make you pause, assess, and rethink the approach. What began as a dated and heavily distressed property became an opportunity to create something truly meaningful: a beautifully finished, multi-generational home designed for comfort, longevity, and modern living.
We cleared out the existing structure, addressed hidden issues with care, and reimagined the interior with all-new finishes, upgraded systems, and a layout optimized for today’s lifestyle needs. The result is not just a renovation, but a complete transformation — a space that feels elevated, functional, and ready to serve a growing family for years to come, all in one of Raleigh’s most desirable neighborhoods.

West Oak, Wake Forest
Built in 1907, this home carried more than a century of character — and with it, incredible potential. While the structure was in surprisingly good shape, the finishes and functionality no longer reflected modern living. Our goal was to honor the craftsmanship of its past while thoughtfully bringing it forward into 2025.
We refinished the original red oak floors to preserve its historic charm, introduced a fresh designer paint palette, and completely upgraded the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry spaces with modern amenities and timeless finishes. The result is a seamless blend of old-world architecture and contemporary comfort — a historic home that now lives beautifully in the present day.
The buyers were thrilled with the transformation, gaining the best of both eras: heritage character with modern luxury.

Woodbridge, Spring Lake
This lakeside manufactured home received a complete transformation designed for both comfort and long-term livability. What began as a dated interior with hidden structural issues became an opportunity to reimagine the layout and create a clean, modern, and welcoming space.
The bathroom required subfloor repairs, which allowed us to remove the oversized, outdated spa tub and design a brand-new layout featuring a full standing shower/tub combination with built-in shelving for better function and storage. Throughout the home, we installed new LVP flooring, refreshed the interiors with new paint, and completed repairs to the existing deck — creating an inviting outdoor space to enjoy the private lake views.
With all structural and cosmetic issues resolved, this home now offers a bright, modern look and a lifestyle upgrade for the new owner.

Dandridge, Raleigh
This beautifully renovated home in the heart of Southeast Raleigh had been abandoned for years before we stepped in to restore it. The property had suffered extensive damage — squatters had stripped the electrical wiring, removed all copper plumbing, stolen the HVAC condenser, and shattered nearly every window. What remained was a shell of a once-livable home with tremendous potential beneath the decay.
We executed a full redevelopment from the inside out: new electrical, new plumbing, HVAC replacement, all new windows, and a complete aesthetic transformation throughout. With modern finishes, efficient systems, and thoughtfully updated living spaces, this home now offers the comfort and elegance of new construction while bringing new life to its neighborhood.
What was once uninhabitable is now a fully restored, move-in-ready home with contemporary upgrades and lasting value.
